Powerful drive system for better workouts
The 3.1AT features a 2.75HP continuous-duty motor that runs whisper-quiet at any speed, from .5-12 miles per hour, so you can get a great workout while you watch your favorite TV show or listen to your most motivating playlist. A 500-lb. thrust incline motor gives you a greater range of power incline, from zero to 15 percent, so you can challenge yourself to look, live and feel better.
Speaker system helps you get in the zone
With a stable and quiet treadmill performance, you can enjoy your favorite workout playlists from the dynamic, built-in speaker system, compatible with any MP3 device, including iPod. An input jack is included in the console, in addition to a headphone outlet for privacy.

From Stamina Builder to Mountain Climb to Weight Loss, you can experience a wide variety of fitness routines while you burn fat, build endurance and increase strength. Very Pleased
I got this treadmill because I found that if I have to go some where to exercise then I will find an excuse not to go. I use it mainly for walking and my husband uses it mainly for running. It doesn't have dozens of programs, but we typically don't use many programs so that didn't bother us. The heart rate monitor doesn't work that well, but I didn't really want this feature so it doesn't bother me.
It arrived very well packaged! It took my husband and I a few hours to put it together. Several parts of the assembly really require two people. As long as you read the directions, it is pretty easy to put together, just time-consuming. This treadmill is "gym" quality. By that I mean it is well made and sturdy. It is worth cost.
